​DAN PARRISH is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and author. Along with his partner he's sold over a hundred million dollars worth of home furnishings in multiple locations, but his passion has always been real estate.

 

The author bought his first rental unit when he was sixteen years old and still in high school and he's never stopped buying. He owns over two hundred houses and apartments in two states and in over a dozen towns.
